At Bloom & Bond, we are dedicated to ensuring your utmost satisfaction with our products. We have updated our policy to clarify the process of returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and fair experience for all our customers:

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Returns and Refunds:
    • We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form or at info@thebloomandbond.com. We will guide you through the return process.
      The product should be returned to the address provided by our team. We recommend using trackable shipping for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages or errors by the delivery company. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a refund will be processed, excluding the cost of insured shipping which is non-refundable.
      Please Note: You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product. These costs are non-refundable.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    • We will not issue a refund if:
      • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
      • Orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking information. If you cannot locate the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item/quantity, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@thebloomandbond.com and provide a photo/video of the damage. We will address the issue promptly by sending a replacement or offering an exchange gift card for use on thebloomandbond.com.
  • Lost Packages: 
    • Packages lost by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. If you can provide proof of the package being lost, you may be eligible for a reshipment. Please contact us at info@thebloomandbond.com with the necessary documentation.

Pumpkin Seed Oil 90-Day Guarantee Policy:

  • Tracking Requirements:
    • To be eligible for any satisfaction claims related to hair growth results, customers must document their journey with photos. At minimum, a clear "before" photo prior to starting treatment and monthly (3) progress photos must be maintained.
  • Consistent Use Requirement:
    • Our satisfaction guarantee is only valid for customers who have taken the supplement daily as directed. Intermittent or inconsistent use does not qualify for special consideration beyond our standard 30-day return policy.
  • 90-Day Minimum Commitment:
    • Our pumpkin seed oil supplement requires a minimum 90-day consistent use period to evaluate effectiveness. Returns or satisfaction claims based on lack of results will not be considered until after completion of a full 90-day regimen.
  • Refund Claim Period:
    • Customers have 30 days after completing the 90-day trial period to submit their refund request if they did not experience satisfactory results. Claims submitted outside of this 30-day window (more than 120 days after initial purchase) will not be eligible for refund.
  • Documentation for Claims:
    • Any claims regarding product effectiveness must be accompanied by the required documentation (before/after photos) and confirmation of consistent daily use for the 90-day minimum period. Claims without proper documentation will not be processed.
  • Standard Return Policy Applies:
    • Regardless of the above requirements, our standard 30-day return policy for unopened or defective products remains in effect as detailed in our general return policy.

Cancellations and Refunds for Orders in Transit:

  • No Cancellation or Refunds for In-Transit Orders:
    • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. This doesn't apply to orders that are in transit for 7 and more days over the estimated delivery time.
  • Address Changes:
    • For address modifications on in-transit orders, please contact the carrier directly. Bloom & Bond is not responsible for address changes once the order is shipped.
  • Cancellation After Dispatch:
    • If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, you can receive the product and follow our standard return process, or you can refuse delivery, allowing the package to be returned to us.
